Each of the bits work well, the indexed gears are good, and the brakes are great. Similar to other reviewers it was missing the saddle stem collar from the box, but the seller quickly put items right.
The best bit and the main reason for buying it are the electrics - it's a nice electric motor and also really great controller, and neat battery pack. The whole system is incredibly easy to use and responsive. Meaning, you can leave most standing at the lights and keep pace with most urban traffic.
Other stuff. It is a bit heavy, but then electric bikes are. You do need to buy your own mudguards, I chose to upgrade the pedals to folding ones and put on extra reflectors. I cannot comment on battery life yet, I haven't taken it for a really long ride but performance seems to be ok. I've only ridden in fair weather so I don't know how it will perform in winter; I've no reason to doubt it will be ok.
To summarise, I'm very satisfied. I tried some electric bikes, electric folders, and some very well known folders before buying this bike; in my opinion this bike is superior to all of them, very good value for money, rides well and looks good.
